Built to last

Upon inspecting the site, Meadan Homes discovered the home had some drainage issues, leading to high moisture levels within the walls and flooring. So, before starting on the detailed plans provided by the client, Meadan Homes worked with the client to devise a strategy to improve the home’s drainage. We repaired and replaced any damaged structures, installed sub-floor ventilation, and excavated for improved drainage.
Following this, we undertook a stunning renovation to the home. On the ground floor, we revived the kitchen adding custom joinery and improving the flow of natural light, with large bi fold doors that open to the courtyard. We custom fit the study with a built-in desk and floating shelves and completely updated the bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs, we refreshed the main bathroom, giving it a more modern feel with stunning tiles and joinery. We also added skylights for increased light.
