When the owner of this large, one-acre of land in Wollondilly’s Silverdale came to Meadan Homes, they already had DA approved, architecturally designed plans. They simply needed a builder that could expertly review the plans, offer practical advice, and build a luxury home to match the vision the architect intended, without compromise.

Together with the client and architect, Meadan Homes amended the plans to include a fireplace and increase the size of bedrooms 3 and 4 to better reflect the home’s large scale.
