This contemporary Gledswood Hills home is clever in its use of space. It includes four good sized bedrooms – the main with a walk-in-robe and ensuite – formal lounge, family room and an upstairs living area. The alfresco area is perfect for the entertainer and is overlooked by a spacious kitchen (with walk-in-pantry) and living area. This practical design was also modified to include a private, downstairs guest bedroom, complete with ensuite and walk-in-robe.
