This truly magnificent duplex in Sydney’s Oran Park was created using precast concrete wall panels, allowing a home that not only exudes luxury, but can include larger, light-filled spaces throughout the house.
As one of only a handful of builders who will create residential homes using concrete, this stunning duplex was constructed by Meadan Homes using precast 6-7-metre-high concrete panels.
Each panel was manufactured off site and expertly craned onto the site and used to achieve a beautiful high-end finish. Both duplexes were completed to flawless detail and include 4 bedrooms (main with ensuite and WIR), 2 bathrooms and a living area upstairs.
Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 all feature balconies. Downstairs, there’s a private study, plus an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with luxury finishes.
Meadan Homes was able to complete this remarkable duplex for a similar cost to a double brick home.
