The client wanted to open up the existing kitchen and living areas to create a larger, light-filled room for increased space and better flow. They had spent considerable time visiting multiple and kitchen and building companies but were unable to find a builder able to both create a new, high-end kitchen and complete the construction work needed to open the room.

Meadan Homes worked with the client to custom design a stunning kitchen with walk-in-pantry. They used their expert construction skills to create new footings to place under the home to support the steel beams needed to open the home to the size the client needed.

The result is a beautiful open space with luxury kitchen, customised TV unit and new flooring for the home’s entire bottom floor.
