Like timber, a home built with steel will provide a sturdy base for your new home with the strength and quality to stand the test of time. So, when our client came to us with their plans for a fully custom designed steel framed home, we were only too happy to help. 

The original home was also on a sloping block, which not many builders will work with. However, Meadan Homes specialises in sloping blocks and was able to expertly review the plans to ensure they worked with the slope, and not against it.

The result is a stunning family home, designed for easy-care living. Upstairs there are 4-bedrooms, including the master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, plus a separate living area. Downstairs features a fifth bedroom with ensuite, formal lounge and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This home also features a huge 2-bedroom granny flat.
